A meeting of the full Marlow Regatta committee was held at Leander Club on Wednesday 19th October where the following items were confirmed for the 2012 regatta.

• The regatta would take place on Saturday 16th (2000m) and Sunday 17th (1000m) June.
• Racing for Masters' crews (men's and women's) would be retained on the Sunday.
• The Masters' events would be extended to offer a fuller range of age categories.
• Sunday racing would return to the normal heats & finals format.

With the Olympic Regatta taking place at Dorney Lake later in 2012 there will be some disruption to the facilities available to other regattas held on the course earlier in the year. Dorney Lake and LOCOG are currently in discussion to determine the extent of these disruptions.
