Having been sent a Christmas Hamper by one of its suppliers, Marlow Regatta at Dorney Lake decided to raffle it at the Boxing Day gathering at Marlow Rowing Club. As a result the local Air Ambulance Trust will shortly be receiving a cheque for £130 towards their fundraising.

New in 2011 Marlow Regatta will be offering the following 5 events on the Saturday in addition to the currently offered events: -

• Senior Quadruple Sculls
• Intermediate 2 Coxed Fours
• Intermediate 2 Coxless Fours
• Senior Coxless Pairs
• Senior Double Sculls

At the Marlow Regatta Management Committee meeting held on Wednesday 8th December it was confirmed that events for Masters would be offered for the 2011 regatta. Racing will be in the Masters B and D categories, for both men and women, over the 1000m course raced on the Sunday.

Racing will be offered for eights, coxed fours, coxless fours, quadruple sculls, pairs, doubles and singles.
